Glory Rodriguez MS, RD, LD, CDCES, IFNCP - Owner/Practitioner

Living a healthy lifestyle comes with unique challenges for each one of us: Keeping up with the latest diet recommendations, managing your meals, and figuring out what you can and can’t eat today—it can be enough to stress anyone out! As someone with a family history of diabetes and 20 years of experience in this field, I get it. And I’m on a mission to help you find practical, tangible nutrition solutions that work for you and your lifestyle, so you can get back to focusing on what matters most!

I’m a board-certified education specialist (CDCES), Integrative and functional nutrition care provider (IFNCP), and registered dietitian (RD) who works with people with all kinds of patients. I know which approaches work and which don’t, and I’ve been able to impact the lives of hundreds of people through nutrition for good. I started N2N Nutrition because I love meeting people where they are and helping them create a nutrition plan that helps them move forward confidently. Now it’s your turn!

I enjoy cooking and experimenting with new recipes. Recently, I’ve been exploring the sourdough baking. I'm also diving into various mindful moment techniques and truly enjoying the experience! When I'm not working, you can usually find me outside taking walks with my dog and soaking in the beauty of nature.

I help busy people cultivate a life rooted in good nutrition for themselves and generations to come.

If I had to choose a style I would say I gravitate towards a diet rich in ancestral or traditional foods. This means a diet including nourishing animal based foods- such as meats, dairy, and butter, seasonal fruits/vegetables, and traditionally prepared grains and legumes. Traditionally prepared foods are prepared in ways that make them easier to digest. That being said, I don’t recommend any one specific diet to anyone. After making a full assessment of my patients and coaching them on how to listen to their body’s cues– I am then able to determine what eating pattern or approach is going to work best.

I have been working for five years in a clinical outpatient healthcare setting. There I gained experience in working with a variety and combination of conditions ranging in complexity. Some of those experiences include but are not limited to: type 1 and type 2 diabetes, HTN, HLD, cancer, heart disease, IBS/IBD, GERD, obesity, PCOS, CKD, and low BMI. In more recent years I have worked with many women utilizing “food as medicine” for gestational diabetes, Hashimoto’s, or sustainable weight loss after their childbearing years. I have the knowledge and experience to help patients utilize nutrition as part of their approach to managing physician-referred medical conditions. But, I also love helping people who are lost at trying to plan their meals!

Each patient is an individual. I believe it takes critical thinking and creativity to help patients reach their goals— two skills I have gained with my past experiences in the healthcare industry. I believe it takes time, grace, and patience to cultivate a nourished life.
